Apartment Rules
For
a peaceful living
environment of our residents, our apartment has the
following policies:
- Smoking
and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in
the apartment and the garden at anytime.
- Playing
loud music or radio or television or any musical
instruments, especially sub-woofers are strictly prohibited in
the apartment and the garden at anytime.
- The
quiet period of the apartment is between 20:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.,
during this period the residents should stay quiet and concern about
other residents.
- Pets
are not allowed in the apartment.
- Your guest
cannot stay in your room (or in the apartment area)
between 22:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- The resident is required to pay the deposit to the
apartment upon arrival,i.e. 5,000
Thai Baht.
- If the resident damages
any furnitures of the apartment, the apartment will charge the resident
by deducting from his/her deposit. At the end of the resident's
contract, the apartment will investigate the resident's room to check
for any damages.
- The deposit will be refund to the resident within 15 days
after the resident has returned the room key to the reception.
- The resident has to pay the rent one month in advance.
- The residents who fail to follow the rules will be asked to
leave the apartment.
